We booked this room for a 3 nights stay 4/10/25-4/13/25 to attend my aunt's funeral for Saturday 4/11/25. We selected this hotel as a private place to mourn, online website for free breakfast, room with 2 queen size beds and sofa bed to accommodate our grieving family. Upon inspecting our rooms we observed that it had 2 queen beds and 2 chairs, but no sofa bed. We had to make a decisions as to which of us would sleep on the floor after driving for over 12 tiresome hours, as your front desk clerk advised us that you did not have any rollaway beds or sofa beds available that night. When asked about the free breakfast in the morning as advertised on the hotel's website, she advised that the hotel's breakfast bar was "a la carte" and that we had to pay "extra" in addition to the exorbitant price we had already paid for accommodations that we did not get. The next afternoon we were moved to another room that shower clogged up while taking a shower, stains on the sheets, a sofa bed so small without linen and also dirty to the point whereas we began looking in the area for another hotel. But being that it is spring break for many schools, other hotels were already booked. You could hear the toilet flushing every time from the rooms above us and loud footsteps. Our door constantly slammed that disturbed us as well as other guests. Maintenance was called but never showed. At $224 per nightno breakfast, lack of sleeping bed, dirty linen etc this was the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
