Great value and excellent location Really pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Liverpool and perfect for getting around and making the most of our stay. For the price, it was really good value for money. Everything was straightforward, comfortable and exactly what we needed. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Liverpool.

Check in quick and easy about 1 street away from nightlife and close to shops The hotel is basic but the room as everything you need for a few nights stay bathroom and air con notmuch room for luggage but great for the price and location. Clean, practical and good value for a short city-centre stay. Exceptional value for August as well. The room had air conditioning, which was useful, though it was not the strongest. The shower was also fine rather than powerful, and the bed looked a little beaten up in places. A few minor maintenance issues, but nothing major. Would happily stay again. Nice and quiet too considering the city centre location

Room was clean. Air conditioning was ok, but not great with the current temperatures! Location was amazing, close the mathew st, but far away enough to not be really loud. We booked an accessible room which provided more space and we had a window (many rooms don’t have a window) There was very minimal hanging space and no seating etc in the room. TV didn’t work at all without headphones which was a little odd. None of that mattered to us because we were out and about for the 2 days we stayed.

I honestly never leave reviews like this… The room was without complimentary tea/coffee and no surface to put bags onto meaning you just had to put them onto the bed or leave them on the floor having wheeled them through the streets of Liverpool. There was no space under the bed and no storage at all except two hangers fixed directly to the wall. The room looked clean but I had white socks on which very quickly became covered in someone else’s hair, so I assume it hadn’t been thoroughly swept/vacuumed. Bathroom was spotless. The lift didn’t work and I was on the fifth floor. This was a nightmare after returning at 3am following a 15hr workday. The bed was clean and comfortable. The wifi was reliable and fast. The shower was spacious and pleasant. Not particularly good value for £170 per night and “easy” doesn’t reflect climbing five flights of stairs every time you return.

Good location. Double room adequate for a single person as quite small room. No kettle, cups to make my hot drinks. Available for sale in reception for £2 50. One towel had been washed but, obvious stains on it. I had to pull out bed to get something that had fallen behind it. Very dusty and some litter there. Windows could not be opened even minutely. Bathroom good. Okay for the money. Also, you must pay City Tax now.
