A beautiful, old hotel with beautiful architecture and wonky stairs. The staff were excellent. The rooms were well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, modern and spacious. It is in the centre of the town. Parking is available a little way away but thete is a paying carpark on the doorstep. Dinner was superb, breakfast was delicious.

Room 2 was nice, reasonably spacious, comfy bed, nice en-suite, but pretty warm despite radiator not bring on and we couldn't open a window to cool it down. The reception, bar and restaurant team were all excellent, service was good even with restaurant being busy. Absolutely lovely place to stay. Wonderful bar/lounge area, including outside. The room we stayed in (Room 3) was absolutely amazing, and made the stay just perfect. Great location bang in the middle of Ledbury, with free parking a big bonus. Disappointed with the absence of Reception staff when wishing to check in at 3pm.
