Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks.

De todas as vezes que me hospedei no ibis, essa sem dúvidas foi a pior experiência. O cobertor do quarto tinha um fio de cabelo gigante e estava mal dobrado, na cama suspensa havia um cobertor na cama como se alguém tivesse acabado de dormir ali. Acredito q não trocaram os cobertores dos hóspedes anteriores, só dobraram. Tive que solicitar um novo cobertor ensacado e infelizmente dormir naquela cama mesmo, pois eu já estava muito cansado e precisava descansar. A pia estava entupida e suja, não dava pra deixar a torneira aberta por muito tempo. E das 3 fontes de luzes do quarto, duas estavam queimadas. O cartão parou de funcionar do nada e tive que descer para pegar outro. O café da manhã é sempre muito caprichado e cheio de variedades. É uma região com muitas opções de comércio relativamente próximas. O atendimento ficou na média, pois uma mulher me atendeu muitíssimo mal, em outro momento um homem me atendeu muito bem. O segurança sempre é gente boa também. Há muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga na região, é bom ficarem atentos e evitar sair a pé à noite.
