We had to call the front desk often due to the lack of commodities. The phones to call the hotel were dated and the labels directing which line lead to which service of the hotel was a guessing game, leading to transfers from service to service. Ice machine information came directly from the front desk and there were no signs indicating where it would be available for guests. The shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were practically almost empty after first use. The toilet was clogged from the previous guests. Lighting and TV options in the room were limited (TV did not allow bluetooth to connect Netflix or Youtube). Otherwise, all of those things that weren’t favorable are mostly fast fixes and the bed was comfortable enough for a night and the water shower pressure was nice. For future guests, I’d recommend to please at least add an information card on which phone line leads to where and where the basic services like ice machines are in each room.
