Hotel Oasis was the best choice I made, honestly. As a young girl traveling to Barcelona I was so nervous about where I was staying, but this hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. I want to shout out Carlito at the front desk, his character immediately made me feel safe and welcome. And shout out Sebastian, kind and funny, a friendly face to see around the hotel and patio. Everything was truly great

Nice clean and comfortable hotel with modern fixtures and fittings. Reception staff were very friendly. Equidistant to the beach and the city centre. Ideal spot for the half marathon. I was disappointed when the pool was closed even though they had advertised a pool.

Location is great. Our room was ok, but had bad smell coming from the bathroom in the beginning. They were able to fix that/ or the drain was just dry and using the shower helped. Staff weren’t focused on customer experience or satisfaction. I had very strange “cutlery battle” with staff. I asked to have some spoons to take with me to our room to make tea. We had water heater and tea and sugar but no spoons. I was told no, because customers tend to steal cutlery and therefore they have strict rules for that. In the end I got one spoon after the receptionist had called to the manager who accepted my humble wish for using a 0,10€ Ikea type of metal spoon in our room. We paid almost 200€ per night so obviously stealing some cutlery was our key concern when staying in a hotel in Barcelona.

Very quiet place near Barceloneta, right next to public transportation and walkable to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The beds were a little hard and the bathroom had some mold and a few small bugs. The front desk and all cleaning staff were great, nice, and very professional.

The hotel is in a great location close to the sea, and to the metro stop. It is clean and bright, the reception and bar area are welcoming and comfortable and a great place to catch up with people or to work online. The staff were friendly and helpful. My bedroom, bathroom and balcony were all of high quality and comfort. The main drawback for me was being disturbed by other residents throughout the night. The walls of the bedrooms must be very thin unfortunately.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of the hotel is excellent and everything was within walking distance, yet it was quiet at night. The breakfast was good with a decent selection and fresh options. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, and the staff was truly outstanding – very friendly and helpful at all times. Unfortunately, the bed was really uncomfortable and even caused some back pain. I don’t know if I could do a week of the mattress again. One thing that surprised me: when I accidentally dropped a serving fork at the breakfast buffet and apologized, the staff – although very kind – simply placed it back on the buffet instead of replacing it. That was the last time I used any of the shared serving utensils. All in all, a good experience with a few things to improve. Would recommend with warnings on the bed.

Super high stiff pillows, very painful to sleep on. Expedia lets you book a "Queen or Twin room" then the hotel chooses a twin for you and wont let you switch, impossible to stay as a couple. Stayed only one night because it was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep then they would not refund it, so $1700 USD lost. Location is fine but avoid - for this price you can do MUCH better
