We are very pleased to have an early check-in after a long flight, so we can freshen up before going out to explore the city. The staff does a really good job. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent—within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, and shops, so there are endless dining options to choose from. It's also close to several scenic spots, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and fresh, clean sheets that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The cleaners did an excellent job, every day the room was cleaned tidied up, beds made and fresh bottles of water, shower gels/shampoo/moisturisers left. Staff helpful and gave good advice. A/C excellent and the breakfasts wonderful and a fantastic selection. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours of the day. The front doors are locked at 21.30pm, you are given a door code to tap in to enter. Take a photo of it on your phone because you are bound to loose it. There was never a problem for us. A great location too, close to everything.

The hotel wasn't exactly what I expected. The location is okay ...although on a narrow road...but it is close to many shops and cafes...The shower was superb. Breakfast was the same all through my stay, which I found boring. I think the WiFi was poor and should be looked into . What I found a bit weird was the fact that after a certain time, no staff will be at the reception from what I was told the day I was checking in.

Can't fault this hotel, location great; breakfast fabulous, location that's easy to find ad convenient to restaurants and walks. The room was clean and the staff at reception, kitchen and housekeeping were all terrific. I externed our original stay and would definitely make a return trip.

Lovely hotel and a great place to stay and explore Valletta. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and our room was ready early also. The room was very clean and spacious with a large comfy bed so we will definitely be returning to Palazzo Paolina hopefully in the near future.
