The motel has a lot of opportunity for improvement, but overall for the price the room was suffice for a one night stay.. The room was clean and comfortable. A hand towel or two would have been nice. The entrance & exit of the parking lot was a bit challenging.

The place is a work in progress. The room was evidence of that. Nice, clean, and has nice amenities. The rest of the place is being worked on will be better when finished. Ask to see the room you'll be pleasantly surprised. You can't beat it for the price.

Good Management

We traveled to Wisconsin for my son’s graduation and wanted to book a reasonable room. My mother accidentally booked a room across the street at the TriState Wood Inn. Luckily it was the same management and she was very accommodating and allowed us to both stay at the same location next door to one another. The room she gave me was bigger and better than the room I paid for. Quiet Location with Pleasant hard working staff!

Dont let the outside disaude you...the rooms are clean and cute albeit small. The staff are courteous and friendly but there were some small language barriers. The beds are comfy. Quick warning the bathrooms are tiny but as long as you are just there for a few nights the cost balances any small inconvinces .

Nothing fancy but much better than expected for the price. I've definitely stayed in worse for more money. I have fairly low expectations when staying at inexpensive motels but the one thing I refuse to compromise on regardless of price is cleanliness. What's expected as an absolute bare minimum, and I think it was quite clean and smelled nice. I would stay there again whenever I'm in the area. If I was to make one critique it's that we had 2 full sized bath towels between 3 people and 1 tiny bottle of both shampoo and conditioner. Prehaps I could have requested more but I was only staying for one night so I didn't want to bother with it.
