We managed to stay in 3 of the suites they had to offer - every single one of them were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful, bringing us fresh pastries every morning. The fridge was always stocked with eggs and bfast supplies. A constantly replenished supply of fresh fruit on the table. The beds were comfortable, the showers clean with good water pressure. The location is right on the edge of old town, walking distance to several sights and restaurants. It is also right down the street from the pick up/drop off point for the bus to the Amazon. Hands down, this is where we will always stay if we ever return to Quito.

An old building that was completely made over.

The suite is nearly as big as my house. It's beautifully furnished, in a relatively quiet area and the staff is excellent. There was a stocked refrigerator and kitchen. We were able to cook great breakfasts. There are plenty of choices if you prefer not to cook, as well. They provided 6 liter bottles of water daily! This is an absolute must when visiting the equator. Old Town was easily reached on foot or by taxi.

An amazing stay from start to finish!! Our room was very spacious with a well stocked kitchen for breakfast. The staff was 5 star, above and beyond doesn’t do them justice. This is the only place I will stay in Quito going forward.

Old Town Quito Suites was the perfect base for our family of 5! Conveniently located but in a quieter part of town which we appreciated. The 2BR apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Staff go out of their way to make your stay safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Wonderful place. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They arranged transportation for us. The suite was well equipped with breakfast items but they still delivered hot croissants in the morning. The rooms were cleverly designed to use space well and still retain the original character of the house. The street is full of restaurants so you don’t have to walk far. Close to public transportation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, well maintained, clean. The staff was very nice and attentive, provided recommendations for dining and local culture. They provide fresh breakfast for you to make every morning but will offered to cook for you if you'd like. Eggs, milk, coffee, yogurt, bread, fruits, ham, cheese, and more. They will also make you aware of area and safety tips, the usual don't be out late at night by yourself. I definitely recommend.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were excellent, accommodating and thoughtful on every level. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had such a great experience, I've already booked another stay. Breakfast ingredients stocked in fridge and they even provided alternatives for our food allergies ( wheat and dairy free ). Amazing team, we highly recommend staying here.

An amazing place. Beautiful rooms, friendly and super helpful staff. Completely safe neighborhood that was in the center of everything. Wanted to move in permanently. The pizza place across the way brought pizza straight from the oven, up to our door. Heard concerts nearby in the evenings. Pan pipes and opera! Loved it!

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here rather than at a traditional hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and ready to accommodate our every need. The apartment was clean, spacious and lovely, and the beds were cozy. It was the perfect space for my teens and me. We hope to return to Quito, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we do.

24 hr stuff is very helpful. We checked in at midnight with no problem. I left my camera charger in the tour bus and was able to borrow one from the hotel. We were assigned a court yard view room the first night but was able to switch to a city view room as what I specified in booking. The court yard room we stayed is smaller with no stairs. The other room we stayed with city views has stairs but is much larger. Both rooms are beautifully decorated with guests comfort in mind. You will feel that you are staying in a brand new model home.

Paul and Freddie were awesome! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Freddie went out of his way to talk to us about the culture of the area, which we loved.
