El San Geronimo Hotel ensured I had an amazing stay. My room was clean and the staff were kind whenever I needed assistance. Also, this hotel is located in a great area of San Juan for ride-sharing and meal delivery. I give this hotel 4/5 stars only because there were a few mishaps, but overall, the good outweighs the bad.

Room small with no table or chair. Also dark as on back of the building overlooking the car park with only a blind on window so had to choose between daylight and privacy. Restaurant being renovated so no meals available. Staff were very pleasant

The blankets were dirty and stained, it’s like the housekeeper didn’t clean or change the sheets, internet horrible, but the most concern for me was the what the issue that I have with my bed clean sheet, it looks like that unfortunately they didn’t clean or change nothing, horrible experience. The front desk girl was nice and I express to her what happen to my bed and she was able to provide clean ones

The staff was everything you would want, they were excellent.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The room layout horrible, the bed agents the wall for two people is not ideal.⭐️ The hotel is under construction, the drill and grinding noise was not a pleasant morning sound to wake up to.⭐️Also it didn't appear that the room had a preinspection walk through, the tv wasn't set up with the internet, the shower head cord was leaking from the sides, there was no tissue paper in the room, no blow dryer, and the keycard wasn't working correctly. ⭐️

We stayed here two night. First night there was no hot water. Complained at desk. He said knob had to be just so in position. He came up and fiddled with it about 10 minutes, but no luck. No showers that night. Second night prepaid so we had to stay. The shower knob was not attached properly to the wall. It really wiggled around. My sister played around with it night two and was successful in finding the right combination of positions (left, right, up, down, in, and out. So we had showers night two. I asked for compensation for no shower and call from manager. I received neither!! I found this totally unacceptable. Front desk was pleasant but I felt their hands were tied. It is undergoing renovations, but still not an excuse for no hot water. Room reasonably clean. Poor maintence! I give it a poor rating.
