Wonderful place. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Went above and beyond for our comfort. Breakfast didn't have many options but was delicious, so can't really fault it beyond that. Would definitely recommend as a close place to stay to the NEC.

So noisy it was not relaxing in the slightest. they had live music playing in the garden right outside the room windows. we couldn't even talk. the rooms were dated. two single plug sockets in a twin room. there really is no excuse not to upgrade them to doubles at least. no hair dryer, dated and dirty bathroom.

Good location next to a nice pub. However, the hotel was a bit run down and the room was pretty awful. My room had ripped, dirty carpet and peeling paint. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again.

I chose the Strawberry Bank Hotel because I was arriving on a late flight and leaving the following morning. The hotel was one of few offering suitable accommodation at a reasonable price with a 24hr reception desk. I was very pleased with the hotel; the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was attractive, clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Many thanks for a pleasant stay!

Very basic. Electric heaters in room not sufficient. Could do with new sheets without stains! Two visits - on one visit the food was ok, on the other visit the dinner was one of the worst I’ve ever had.
