very clean and neat but just too small, its good for a couple but not for a family which is what I booked but did not receive and had to pay for an upgrade after 1 night.

Nice and clean

Nice apartment close to large mall, its nice quite, secure and clean. The rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures but still ok. They clean the room most of the days they only missed one day.

Highly recommend. Central location, easy access to major roads and Canal Walk shopping mall. Friendly reception, pleasant staff, great apartment style room. View across to table mountain - beautiful sunsets. Apartment very new, tons of storage space, walk in showerin bathroom.

NOT "Home away from Home"

This was the worst experience admin wise. You must collect keys from building across where you will be staying. Then walk across to your given apartment. Once i exited the lift, I couldn't get in the main door as the disk couldnt open. Two of us couldnt use our access disks, the front desk guy, had to go back to the "Base office" opposite the street, to get the right disk. Only to come back and still 1 person couldnt get access. He buzzes security on the intercom so they could let us in, at this point i just wanted to get in and sleep as it was 22:30. 10minutes later security didnt anser the intercom. Im left alone as the guy goes again to fetch other disks. Upon return he brings a handful of the apartment keys. Finaly i get access. I can say this, i cannot blame the front office, its more of a management system that doesnt exist and isnt well coordinated.

The apartment was good value for money. Check in was delayed and we had to wait outside the apartment for a while before someone gave us the keys. The cleaning service should be a little more efficient. No towels and toilet roll was left after cleaning the apartment.

It was ok...

First of all it was not easy to find the location but Stewart helped us and we are thankful for it. The apartment was on the 5th floor of the WatersEdge Building, a safe place with security - also for the car. Negative: The dishwasher wasn't working and when we plugged in the power of the coffee machine then we had a completely power cut of the apartment. The door of the main entrance and the windows were not really airtight. But that's southafrican standard and not european - so don't be surprised (we also know that and fixed the problems by ourself). The highways are close to the location - so there could be some noise and smog.

Horrible check-in and unit not as described

Really dissatisfied with overall stay. Check-in was an absolute disaster. Booking confirmation instructs you to contact in advance to arrange check-in. Was told to call right before arrival and someone would meet me. I did as instructed and was told again someone would meet me. No one was and I was left standing around outside in a deserted neighborhood making repeated phone calls for 30 minutes trying to get someone to show up. Not the headache my family and I wanted to deal with after traveling for 10 hours. We finally got into room and it positively REEKED of curry. Overwhelming...like the kitchen of an Indian restaurant. Gross and almost unbearable, but traveling all day with two kids we didn't have the energy to try to deal with anyone. Smell was almost gone three days later after we left the windows open the whole time. Unit was not as described. Description says it has "kitchen, living room, and sitting area" along with its 2 bedrooms. If you look at the picture for the "Two Bedroom Standard Matrix" I now know that one picture shows the "kitchen, living room, and sitting area" except for two chairs. 2 Single beds listed were actually made up as double instead. Finally-the washing machine in unit was huge headache. The door on it wouldn't unlock for more than an hour the last night we were there and clothes came out wet and unwearable. The unit is beautiful on the surface, but pretty frustrating and uncomfortable to actually live in for 3 days for this family of four.

Wonderful apartment

Very nice apartment with newer furniture and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very convienent location with lots of shopping and eating close. Very cheap Uber rides to waterfront and table mountain. Only downside is there is no front desk and we had to make many calls to get someone to get us and take us into the secure building.

Had an amazing stay ! Francis Nandi and Stewart did their best to assist and even accommodated an early arrival . Apartment was spotless and modern and centrally located ! Very very safe environment too... we just had an issue where parking bay tags were not activated and we received a fine from the cops because we could not access the parking lot because of an error. This resulted in a bit of unpleasantness.
