The staff was very kind. Many hotels reception staff is rude, not here. The reception staff here is very kind and we even had a few discussions. Maintenance staff is also very kind. Near the Park, easy access to the park by walk, very good. Only disadvantage is to get to BTS and back, soi 4 is very crowded and narrow sidewalks. Overall in Bangkok there are few or no sidewalks at all.

My friend and I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment style room for about 2 weeks. Everything was as described on the website. The apartment was awesome! We had a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a nice patio, a huge living room, and two awesome bedrooms. The pool ROCKED! There was also laundry rooms throughout the property. There was also a truck that took us to the BTS station pretty much anytime we wanted/needed as the hotel is a bit far from BTS/MRT. My buddy and I are "walkers" so the distance was no problem. Oh and there is a 7/11 that is not far at all, so that is good! We will be back for sure! Love this place! ALL the staff were very helpful and accommodating! Oh and the price for the stay - unbeatable!! Dont hesitate - stay here!

4泊しました。ベッドメイキングは毎日されているものの、シーツは1度も交換されていませんでした。 初日にシーツに染みがあり、毎日その染みはついていたので交換はされていないことに気付きました。 2つの、シャワールームがありましたが、1つは使えませんでした。 スタッフにお願いして3日目に治りました。 治っても、お湯の出は悪く、しばらくお水しかでなかったり不便しました。 排水溝は、かなり流れが悪く水浸しです。 最寄り駅がナナ駅ですが、駅から20分は歩きます。 荷物を持っての移動は、かなり負担になります。 ソンテウの定期運行が何本かあり、帰りの予定時刻にはなかったのですが、お気遣いで駅まで送ってもらったことには感謝します。
