My experience at Broadmore Hotel was great. Jennifer at the front desk was super friendly, kind, and professional. She made the check in process so simple and easy. The area is very centric, they have pharmacies, restaurants, and the beach is walking distance. I will save this hotel as one of my favorites and will definitely come back whenever I visit Miami. Under Remodelling

The room itself was fairly nice. No complaints. A true minifridge instead of a wine fridge would have been nice, but it was better than nothing. The condo/hotel itself is fairly dated. Very slow elevator and stains on the carpet. The whole outside area is under construction and it was not clearly labelled how to enter the building. They are working on a pond and an outside area/garden. I think there's a lot of potential. But I'd start by clearly labelling the temporary entrance and mentioning in the listing. We thought the place was out of business when we fist arrived. Other than that, it's affordable ocean front property. I'd consider staying again for the right price. If you're on a budget & plan on spending more time at the beach than in the hotel - it'll work well.

At 6 months pregnant with twins, I booked this hotel for the convenience of being able to walk straight out to the beach. Unfortunately, ongoing construction made the walk longer but not unbearable. Biggest complaint is the slow… SLOW elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor and I ended up having to take the stairs way more than I should have being 6 months pregnant. Plus our room was not as expected… manageable but missing some of the amenities mentioned on the site such as hairdryer, safe, etc. housekeeping didn’t come at all on our 5 night stay, and there were exposed wires in the light cords. Won’t stay again. :(

Sold the room I booked weeks in advance

Although I reserved and paid for a double bed room weeks ahead of time, when we checked in, the front desk told us that they were sold out. They then offered me and my friend a single full bed handicap room right off the lobby. We took it because we were tired, hungry, and had traveled for all day. It was very noisy. Just a miserable stay.

Beautiful historic building but it is in rough shape. Great location but there is construction occurring in front of hotel. Looks like they are improving the broadwalk. When complete this area will be awesome with sidewalks, fountains, and park. It has easy access to beach with beach chairs. Staff was great and Richie was super helpful. Shower was hot with strong water pressure. This place is not for anyone that is a Karen.

If you are looking for fluff and pampering..this is not the place. If you are looking for a clean yet small place to sleep and shower then this is it. Elevator is painfully slow. Staff was friendly. Parking was not convenient...had to pay $1/hour from 8am-11pm. Police were there at 7:55am waiting to ticket! Beach was just out the door. $20/day resort fee got ya a lounge chair pick up right on the beach. Overall an ok place and price was good.
