算是家庭旅馆吧，总共三间房，主人跟你约好时间check in 给你钥匙，早餐来准备早餐，3家人坐一起吃饭，欧洲人跟中国人差不多都不爱主动说话，美国优胜美地的家庭旅馆这种吃饭方式就互相聊的多些。总体还不错，家庭4人房的风景很不错哦，就在运河边上，google map 标识错误，实际房间就是运河边的房间。

We loved staying here. Laura was so nice to us, nothing was too much for her. From the warm welcome, providing information about Venice to the wonderful breakfast, she was always happy to help. The room was very spacious, on the left there is a day bed to relax and read a book, to the right there is two comfortable chairs with a table to enjoy a cup of tea. The bed is in the centre and was very comfortable. You can also relax in the living room watching the boats pass by on the Grand Canal. It is only a ten minute walk from the train station and water bus stop is right in front.There are lots of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this place. Thanks Laura.

The room was large and had a really nice sized bathroom as well. View from the room was simply amazing, location was convenient, only one street over from the vaporetto station, so easy to get around. Laura and her husband were very helpful in providing the transportation information and local suggestions. We only had breakfast one of the days since we were taking an early flight the next day, it was served on a cart and such a nice & relaxing experience enjoying the breakfast while looking out the window. Only suggestion would be to add some darker curtains to the windows so the light doesn’t wake us up so early in the morning.

The B&B is very charming. Laura is a wonderful host and the location is perfect. Only a short walk from the train station and is very easy to get to. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and prepared with care. Laura also provides many wonderful suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We really enjoy our trip to Venice and definitely would stay at the B&B again if we come back.

Absolute gem

Stayed for 2 nights as part of our tour of northern Italy. Have to say that if you stay at a weekend the traffic on the canal can be a little noisy, but it’s worth it. We stayed Sunday - Tuesday and Monday night was definitely quieter. The hosts are amazing, make you welcome and deliver breakfast to your room. The room is spotless and beautiful with an amazing view of the grand canal. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Mosquitos were a problem because windows had no screens. Tiny dark stairs were not easy to handle with luggage, esp for old people. Should have been noted up front. Hosts were gracious and helpful, gave welcome suggestions.

Absolutely stunning vacation rental! Laura is an exceptional host, from greeting you with a smile to answering any questions and having all info about Venice available. The attic room was perfect for the four of us, especially the breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. We will definitely come back to Venice and definitely stay at the B&B Vista sul Canal Grande. Even Laura’s kittens in the courtyard made you feel at home! Thank you Laura to make our stay in Venice memorable!

Chegar em Veneza é uma experiência emocionante. O caminho a pé para a acomodação extende ainda mais esta sensação. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pela Laura que nos deu boa dicas sobre a locomoção na cidade. A localização nas margens do grande canal é muito bacana. Na manhã seguinte, receber o delicioso café da manhã no quarto, foi a cereja do bolo!
