We had a lovely time at the CitizenM Bowery. The hotel was centrally located for all of the things we had planned for our trip. We loved just being able to rollout out the door get some coffee or a bagel. There was even coffee in lounge area as well as a coffee shop/counter in the lobby...so coffee access was NOT a problem :)
We had stayed at the CitizenM Paris a few years ago, so we know the vibe, amenities, etc that the hotel offers since they are all laid out the same. While we heard traffic/beeping car horns from the street, we never heard any noise inside the hotel from other guests or staff. The only downside is the bed being up against the window but we knew that was the layout when we booked it. As long as you are limber enough to climb in and out of the bed, there are no issues. I can see this being an issue though for some folks with mobility issue (there could be more accessible rooms available and I am just not aware, so please don't let that sway your decision on whether to stay here).
Definitely take time to have to drinks at the roof top bar. The view was spectacular and relaxing. Finally, we had a late night snack hummus which hit the spot after a long night out.
Definitely recommend and will be back.
