Duas coisas têm muito destaque: a fantástica localização, fica dentro do centro histórico e de frente para a Marina e a hospitalidade dos donos e funcionários. Nos buscaram no estacionamento e depois nos explicaram detalhadamente os principais locais a serem visitados. Ainda nos deram um upgrade nos colocando no quarto de frente para o mar o que foi realmente fantástico!

The property is located very conveniently and one can access the entire island by foot. The reason I booked the property was because of its large exclusive balcony terrace facing the water. The view was great and the staff was quite friendly. There was no good place to sit on the terrace as the iron bench was rusted and had no cushions. I asked the staff for the same but never received any. Also the bathroom had a fowl smell. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom either. Overall still had a very nice time in Ortigia.

Vi bodde i suiten på toppen. Nydelig rom og deilig privat terrasse med utsikt over havna og solnedgang. Smale trapper opp gjør at vi anbefaler liten koffert. Frokosten er nydelig og rikholdig. Verdens søteste vertinne, Johanna, ga oppholdet en ekstra kvalitet. Anbefales!

We had a great time in Ortigia. The hotel is in a really convenient location and close to all the restaurants and shops. Our stay was really comfortable and the staff was lovely and really accommodating to our needs.

Giovanna and Manuale, both of the ladies, made the stay an exceptional experience. They were always ready to help with suggestions about the food and beach places that were out of the reach of tourists and were very supportive during the entire stay. By the way, the suite with the terrace provides a stunning view of the sea and sunset. The property is close to the city center as well to the main bus lines.

Ok place for staying a night near the airport, but not a place to stay for your holiday. Restorant food is at the best medium and our navor table left the restorant during there dinner. It feels like the owner of the place havent been here for a while and all problems have been accumulating over the years. Place is not definitely a five star place. More like 3 stars in global scale.

Vi hade en härlig vistelse med utsikt över hamnen. Det var stökigt till sent på kvällarna utanför, då vi var där på helgen. Servicen var fantastisk och läget var mycket bra. Vi fick bra tips på restauranger. Vi är mycket nöjda med vistelsen!

Location is perfect - within 5-10 minutes walking from everything. But in a quiet street. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. View from the terrace was great. I would love to be able to return there again.
