Perfect place for authenticity and quality.

The Owner and staff of Ureta were amazing. Everyone made you feel at home and the service was great. The owner provided great restaurant recommendations and even drove us himself to one because our cab did not show. If you are looking for a quality hotel and also the authenticity of local people Ureta is the perfect fit.

Will choose a different location for my stay

I had an issue where I needed to have a refund and the Hotel refused to confirm the refund. Not very responsive. As well the room was very cold and uncomfortable at night.

This hotel was not as expected. Pros: quiet, accommodating family run business. Fairly clean, Cons: checkin was awkward and inefficient. the property is in a quiet neighbourhood with not much in terms of restaurants or things to do no amenities and you will need to pay extra for heat if needed. Our duvet was not clean (had numerous hairs on the sheets) we asked for new bedding and they accommodated quickly If you go out in the evening you need to ring the door bell to be able to re-enter Overall this a 5/10, depending on what you are looking for, definitely not what I was looking for but for one night it was manageable.

Sensacional o atendimento, fomos recebidos por um sr que nos serviu chá logo na chegada e explicou como é se adaptar com a altitude, posteriormente nos deu mapas e explicou como é a cidade de Cusco como também indicações culturais e de culinária. Quando tínhamos passeios as 04 da manhã o hotel já deixava pronto café da manhã para levarmos nos passeios. O Hotel nos buscou no aeroporto sem custo, como também um dia que fomos para a cidade de Águas Calientes guardaram nossas bagagens sem custo algum tendo em vista que nesse dia não teríamos reserva no mesmo. Enfim , o hotel é muito acolhedor e recomendo muito.

This little B&B gem was a one of a kind. All of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was spotless and breakfast was amazing. The water pressure in the shower was a HUGE plus. One of the staff ordered pizza and chicken for us from a third party. They delivered it and it was absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend this homey hotel enough!
