No one was there to meet me for check in. I call 25 times 5 of which were answered and I was told every time it was a very busy day the agent was an hour away. I had to leave my stuff with the Neighbours, as I had business in the city which I could not miss. I was told when I returned later that night the agent would meet me. I waited outside for an hour and no one came and no one answered the phone. In the end I had to spend a further £400 on hotels. I was informed by the neighbours that this happens very often. the Council have tried to shut the property down on several occasions but the owner keeps changing the name. Do not stay here it’s a waste of time and money.

it is a scam. there is no b and b only a block if flats. when i got to the property on victoria road on saturday night the main door was locked and had no b and b signs anywhere. so i rang the phone number provided and surprise surprise it didn't call anybody as there are too many digits in it. i will be contacting my bank for a chargeback tomorrow.

Untruty host,

It is not a hotel but several apartments. I could not check in. The rooms were dubble booked. I called and I was told that someone else stays in the room i booked and payed in advance and the room will be free after 20:00. I was called later on during the day that they found another room for me which will cost me extra 30 punds. I felt that i can not trust them and I booked another accommodation. I was promised a refund but we will see. To sum up: 1. it is not a hotel 2. the rooms are double booked and you can not check in 3. the staff can not take the responsibility for the problem and call you to offer another room with extra price 4. difficult to trust particularly if you are a single women traveller . 5. I doubt that i will receive a refund 6. I don't know how Hotels.com advertise this place

The stated address is to an apartment block—no sign of a hotel. No apartment number is specified. When I called the male who answered said there were no rooms—even though I’d booked and paid ahead via Expedia.

Comfortable room in private apartment

A very pleasant stay in a spacious room with double bed in an apartment with shared kitchen facilities and convenient for Pollokshields East station and many bus routes. Basically 10 minutes from Glasgow city centre. Owner is friendly and happy to help with local recommendations. I would certainly stay here again.
