I reserved a king bed room, got a double bed room. When I checked in the man at the counter looked into my purse while I was digging for my wallet and says you smoke as he saw cigarettes in my purse. I say yes, he says there is no smoking in your room if you do I’ll charge you. He was borderline rude as I said to him I dont smoke in my house so I won’t smoke in your hotel room. I’ve Stayed before at this hotel and was great for the price, this time the man checking me in just made me want to not check in and go to one of the many more updated hotels all around the Jamison.

Requested ground floor before arrival. At check in, the man only motioned for my card/ID with his hand instead of politely asking for what he needed. Was still given 2nd floor room. Had to ask again. Room given smelled of marijuana no matter how much I sprayed things down myself. Seemed clean. Microwave and fridge both unplugged. I left them that way. Bedside lamp was also unplugged. This I plugged in to use. Bed was rock hard and super uncomfortable. Only slept a few restless hours before I left earlier than planned. Won’t be stopping here again.

Older property but exceptional value for the cost. Not fancy but clean and well maintained. Quiet and the parking lot is very well lit at night. Reasonable pet fee. We will stay here again on our next trip to Perry.

I love this inn. The owners are amazing. They take very good care of their guests. I will stay here every trip I make to Perry.

We have stayed here several times. The staff members are pleasant and competent. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It appeared that the room had recently been painted and it was well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Have stayed here several times. Nothing fancy but it is clean and safe. Parking right in front of room. Beds comfortable, ice machine not working, breakfast was just cereal and toast. Room was $82 including taxes and fees so worth it for a night’s sleep.

There was pet hair all over the pillows and sheets of one of the beds. There were obvious holes in the comforters on both beds. There was hair in the shower and sink.

Not as advertised, when i booked a selling point was the breakfast. Pictures show full Waffle maker and orange juice machine. Neither there. The coffee machine tasted like more muddy water then coffee. When asked at the counter the reply was we don't supply any of that, i showed the pictures and add from the web site and no reply. I checked out after 1 night and still was charged the for 2 nights.

Upon arrival about 1 or 2 in the afternoon the room next to ours was blaring loud radio music. We turned up our tv to try and drown it out. Thankfully it quieten down on its own and we had no noise issues after that. Pillows were great and bed was large but not as soft as I would like but comfortable for our 4 day stay. I liked the soft yellow color of the room made it easy to relax and sleep. The hotel was in a good location for us. It was easy to get into and out and close to many restaurants and stores. I was disappointed in the breakfast but it was not a big issue. The coffee was hot and I had creamer. I would most likely stay here again.

Booked a last minute stay for the rodeo and this was one of the one hotels not sold out. Hotel is older but very clean and quiet. My only complaint is the bed and pillows are a little too firm. The bedspread is thin (not wore out, just thin) and dated. The pool was closed but that area looked nice and clean. We did not eat breakfast so I can't review that. The rooms were spacious, clean and free of smells. Would book again if I can't get into the Holiday Inn :)
