The elevator was broken for 5 of our 7 nights. My knees are bad and they put us on the 3rd floor. No coffee maker in the room, and the one in the lobby doesn’t work.No Kleenex or extra toilet paper. I had to go to the desk for a carousel plate for the microwave. Poorly run property overall

Went and paid $160 for one night there was literally nobody at the front desk an hour after I checked in at 6 PM all the way until 5 AM in the morning. I was not able to get anything or contact the front desk, whether I called or went down to the office which I did multiple times staff is currently painting the stairwell and you cannot use the elevator so I had to walk the entire time to the fourth floor

The elevator is a bit sketchy and makes some questionable noises. Our room had some unknown food splatter on the wall. We only stayed a night so it was fine but not fantastic

The experience was not a pleasant one for us! The evening we arrived we had to kill a cockroach and observed a few others crawling in the bathroom. We did not stay our whole reservation, but left the next morning. Very disappointing experience as we had our grandchildren.

Overall, the stay was good, the place is exactly as described. You shouldn’t come here expecting extravagant amenities, just the bare essentials. The area is good, with a mall with plenty of food options within a 15 min walk. If you want an affordable stay and willing to bring the essentials such as soap, you will be happy with this stay.

The room was clean but lack of pillows and no chance to get another one at the reception. No coffee in the room. Very small soap and shampoo. If you need more you have to pay! Finally the sink was clogged. Not a good expérience for us. Next Time we’ll try another hôtel.
