My wife and I recently stayed at your hotel for the first time. While our room was clean and comfortable, and we had an overall pleasant stay, we feel it’s important to share a concern about our check-in experience.
During the check-in process, we felt racially profiled by the receptionist at the front desk. This made both of us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We had been looking forward to our visit, so this was deeply disappointing.
We hope you take this feedback seriously, as first impressions matter greatly. Aside from that experience, everything else met our expectations, and we appreciate the quality of the accommodations.
