We stayed here as a family of four for a nearby event. The property was clean and it was close to where we needed to be. The continental breakfast was sufficient. We did not use the pool but it looked well cared for. We did not experience any issues during our stay.

Stayed two nights. Did not refresh bed or towels during stay. Told they only do that every other day…and that there is a sign in the room telling me that. Had I known beforehand, I would have found another property to stay. I arrived 90 minutes before advertised check in at 3 p.m. and had to wait until exactly 3. Housekeeper on the floor told me my room had been ready for over an hour. Would never stay here again. Ohhhh, and the bed springs creaked ever time you got in and out of bed or turned over.

I’ve stayed here many times before but this was terrible. Lock kept losing battery and I would have to wait outside my room for them to charge it twice in a two night stay. Room was worn down and very loud.

Unfortunately we were awakened at just before3:00 AM by a car that pulled up directly outside our window. More than two male individuals leaned against our window talking in loud, profanity, while they had the pounding boosted-bass music playing from the car. My husband and I waited about 7-8 minutes, then called the hotel house phone. We waited again for a change.the music was turned of, but the men kept talking. Finally the parties began entering the side door, right outside our room door, then exiting back outside. A wafting of cannabis aroma came into our room. The boisterous talking continued in the hallway and outside. We contacted the hotel rep again who thanked us for the notification. Things settled about 40 minutes after they started. We will not get a first floor room near a side entrance again.

They should really work on cleanliness. There wasnt anything particularly glaring, but just a general absence of any post-guest deep clean. There were some other sanitary concerns, as well, such as no wipes in the gym, loose garbage in common areas, unproperly flushing toilets, and a lack of toiler paper in rooms.

The first front desk staff member was fantastic—super friendly and engaging. The room had a unique layout, with the closet located inside the bathroom, and the TV was positioned at an awkward angle. The checkout time listed on Hotels.com was 12 PM, but the actual checkout time was 11 AM. We weren’t aware of this, and the cleaning crew was extremely rude about it while also reeking of weed. Additionally, the hotel had a sign stating they offer complimentary personal items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and hairbrushes if needed, which was a nice touch if they actually had any. I went downstairs to see if they had an extra toothbrush but they were all out. Also, despite advertising a pool, it was not open during our stay. Given that we paid $175 per night, this was disappointing.

Wifi was out the majority of the 3 nights we were there. I tried to use the Business Center to check in and print our boarding passes and neither of the computers in the Business Center was working either. I asked the front desk staff and he said "It's been so long since I've even gone in there, I don't know. The computers are so bad." Bathroom door was a sliding door almost like a barn door so it didn't have a lock and didn't shut completely (there was a gap between the door frame and the door on both sides). Breakfast was decent - make your own waffle, an egg dish, a sausage dish, oatmeal, and various cereals and yogurts, breads, etc. The first night, the adjacent room to us had their TV on very loudly. Decent fitness room. Would probably not stay here again.
