The property has a commanding view down the facing valley and is super conveniently placed on the main road. Walked into hotel (bar entrance) and straight into a busy bar area with people chatting, laughing, eating and clearly having a happy time. Room basic but clean, everything worked, super good night's sleep after a couple of pints of Jarl and a tasty hot salmon pasta. Breakfast generous and spot on. Very welcoming and friendly place!

Vill man se landsbygden är Kilmartin rätta stället. Hotellet ligger välkomnande vid infarten och man har en egen bakväg in på puben om man vill. Välkomnande personal som var väldigt hjälpsam. Frukosten var inkluderad och vi kunde beställa från en hel frukostmeny. Allt ifrån en enkel toast till en komplett skottsk frukost, och kocken lagade till på beställning. Puben var supermysig och ger en chans att prata med både personal och bybor. Badrummet var nyrenoverat, rummet rent och sängen bra.

The staff were lovley, they were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The atmosphere was lively, warm and welcoming. There was a good choice of evening meal and the breakfast menu was also varied and freshly prepared - excellent quality all round especially the coffee!

As a bikepacker, I arrived at the Kilmartin hotel with my bike and bags after a long day riding off-road. The room was excellent. All the facilities I need. The staff was very kind and helpful. The local pub in this beautiful and ancient town was situated in the hotel itself. Perfect for having a well deserved pint! Restaurant was excellent! Same goes for breakfast in the morning.

Had dinner while staying and the macaroni cheese i got served was the best thing i came across in West of Scotland. Properly baked with a crispy top and really creamy inside easily one of the best I’ve had.
