숙소는 매우 훌륭 했고 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 다만, 무인 호텔이라 체크인에 다소 어려움이 있었고, Google Map에 나온 위치가 잘못 되어 있어 주소로 잘 찾아 가셔야 할 것 같습니다.

A really great stay! Value for money is exceptional and in a wonderful location. I would suggest some alternative pillows as I thought they were a bit firm, but could just be personal preference (but I’m not usually fussy). Would definitely stay again!

Excellent, quiet location near Piazza Popolo, easy walk to Trevi & Vatican, loved the Culligan water dispenser for both natural & Sparkling. In room Nespresso machine & firm Queen size bed & pillows. Easy to recommend this property despite no onsite staff beside housekeeping.

My only complaint is that there was either no A/C or it was not functioning - the wall-mounted fan unit just could not keep up with the heat. Otherwise, great location, unbeatable price - I will tell others who will be traveling to Rome!

We just left Rome after an amazing 4-day stay at Proja Property, and everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day. Check-in was extremely easy with clear instructions, and the staff was always very helpful and quick to respond. The location is excellent — near Piazza del Popolo and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and many of Rome’s main attractions. Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps were about a 20-minute walk, while Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican were around 30 minutes away. Beautiful place, great location, and excellent service. Thank you for such a wonderful stay — we would definitely come back!

This hotel is a real gem among the many hotels in Rome. Check-in is fully online and on the day of arrival you receive the entry code and a link to open the door. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. It had many useful amenities such as an espresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, glasses, cups and even two complimentary bottles of water each day. I really enjoyed staying here. The bed was extremely comfortable and almost felt like sleeping in my own bed. The location is also excellent, with Flaminio station only a 5-minute walk away and the Terrazza del Pincio around 7 minutes away on foot. If I return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. The staff also reply very quickly on WhatsApp during office hours.

The staff is not available or helpful at all if anything goes wrong at the property. Our aircon stopped working on one of the nights where the temperature was 38 degrees and absolutely boiling. We tried calling the number provided for about 40 times and they kept cutting the call. The messages were not responded too. And the next day the staff simply told us they never received any calls or messages. Services was bad so be careful because you can only pray that everything works well, otherwise you are on your own.

Veldig fornøyd. Beliggenheten var nærme mye, og det var lett å hoppe på metro herfra om noe var lengre unna. Ellers var det veldig moderne og rent, noe som er viktig for meg og som jeg er glad for at var på stell. Hadde kontinuerlig dialog med hotellet gjennom oppholdet, og de var veldig hjelpsomme og greie. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og anbefaler absolutt hotellet videre
