Never go there

They unilaterally canceled the reservation for a reason that I didn't have cell phone in USA just two hours before check-in on the day of travel. I spent a lot of times to find another hotels in the road with my family after having 14 hours airplane travel. It was the worst experience ever in my life.

Booking the property was easy. The check in prpcess not so much, the person that "texts" you all the information about check in lacks customer service. The texts were extremely rude and when i spoke to him.kn the phone he was also ride. The cusyomer service number for Stay at Kay was helpful and the people i talked to there were very kind. The locatuon of the property was great, the condtion was not as great. The apartment could use a good cleaning, the carpets were dirty and there were areas of the rugs tjat were tattered. The couch in the living room had cheetos in the cushions. The couch in the spare bedroom was stained. The apartment was however spacious and did have a fully functioning kitchen which was a plus since we had 8 people to feed. Overall I would stay again in that location but the text check in and communication, not ideal for me and the customer service of the check in person would need to be reevaluated.

Nice stay but . . .

Very nice location, Whole Foods, Starbucks, eateries nearby. Beds were very comfortable but 2 of 4 dining chairs were broken, 3rd was very stained, kitchen was lacking adequate cookware and coffee maker was broken. Apartment itself was nice and clean. Washer/Dryer is definite bonus. Heads up though - Parking is available in garage for extra fee which is highly recommended.

Great location, Great Rooms, Great Price!

Stay with Kay - Pentagon City was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Pentagon City near the metro, Whole Foods Store, Costco, Great Restaurants, Arlington and Downtown Washington DC. Definitely the best bang for your buck in the area! The rooms were quite comfortable. Plenty of space for 5 adults. The beds were very comfortable and there's a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and balcony. The only adjustments that would have made our stay better...wine glasses and a bottle opener. Also - some extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated.

Bad services, never ever recommend to anyone.

The worse experience I ever had with this landlord. A family of 9 with 5 kids driving 10 hours to this place then they said they have dont have any place available even I already book reservations couple weeks before with confirmation and everything. Be careful with this place, I am not recommended to anyone about this place, it may and will ruin your vacation.
