"The hotel was exceptional. The room was very large and the bed huge. The room had a fridge, a safe, underfloor heating in the bathroom and plenty of space for storage and clothes. The windows were very big, giving a great view over the city. Everything at the breakfast buffet was fresh and provided everything you could think of. The restaurant staff, and indeed the hotel staff in general, were polite and meticulous and their attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend the hotel and will certainly look at staying at others in the chain. "
