Very nice service, easy autonomous check-in, lovely staff. Quiet, staid and traditional feel which appeals to an older / veteran traveller, this place ticked all the boxes. Bring earplugs if you're coming for more than 1 night- the show on the Cathedral starts at 11 and it is loud. It was very nice staying here, Rouen has so much to see

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!!

Wonderful location, comfortable, clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. As the website says, there's no onsite parking but there is a lot and garage about 5 minutes walking away. Right on the square with a beautiful view of the cathedral.

This is a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me, which was a relief. The staircase was spacious and lovely. The room was also decorated in white, which gave it a clean and comfortable feel. When I opened the door, I could see the cathedral right in front of me. I am very satisfied with the wonderful experience of being able to see such a wonderful view every morning. Thank you very much.

Great location

A good location right opposite the cathedral and next to a few good cafe bars. No car parking on site but there is an underground carpark within 5 mins walk. At 11pm there is a lightship on the outside walls of the cathedral - worth watching. Breakfast at the hotel though was expensive for what we got.

La chambre est belle et propre. Bien située juste en face de la cathédrale, très belle vue. Par contre la salle de bain est quelque que peu vétuste et mériterait un rafraîchissement et le petit dej n'est pas de qualité du tout, rien de frais, pain de super marché.

Dans la chambre "Eco", un bac à douche ancien, une salle de bain vétuste et moyennement propre, des cheveux dans le lavabo, dans la douche. Pas de sèche cheveux. Une odeur dans la chambre pas très agréable et un volet roulant manuel. Petit déjeuner simple à 12€.
