First of all we really liked the Apartment house. It was very clean and well equiped. The sauna was a big plus for us. The breakfast could definitly offer more choices, especially bread (no bread rolls, only bread) and hot chocolate (wasn't included). Glutenfree breakfast was fine. The communication with the hotel before our stay was really bad. We wanted to book a husky safari and reached out to the hotel a good while before our stay, but we haven't got an answer at all or with about 5 days waiting time. This problem led to the impossibility of participating in a husky safari, which was absolutely frustrating. Even while being there we got different information from different people at the reception. The Safari House bar could definitly be improved, there was no music playing, no real drinks menu (only a few drinks written on a piece of paper), not a nice atmosphere to relax with a good drink. More evening activities (without extra costs) like live music or bar quizes would have been nice. There is not much to do after 18:00 o'clock. The Finnhorse Sleigh Ride was absolutely beautiful and we would recommend that acitivity to everyone. All of the activities are on the expensive side (but they are worth the money), but if you don't book many activities there isn't much to do at the resort. All in all we really liked our stay and would book there again.

Stort och fin familjestuga.

Rent och fint när vi anlände. Toppen med sovplatser uppe och nere, då en av oss snarkar. Dock varmt uppe och man kunde bara öppna de lilla fönstret, en liten bit. Fick låna en fläkt. Lät endel men gjorde sitt jobb. Lugnt och fint ställe. För varmt för att badta men älskade möjligheten. Saknade diskmedel och borste, om jag stannat där längre. Fanns inte heller disktabletter till maskinen. Nära till djurparken. Återvänder gärna.

Tällä kertaa majoitus oli pettymys. Huonot tyynyt ja sisällä oli 30 astetta lämmintä. Ilmastointi ei ollut riittävää. Alakerran ikkunoissa olisi hyvä olla sääskiverkko, että voisi tuulettaa.

Aina hyvä yöpyä

Tyynyt ovat huonot muuten hyvät sängyt. Liian kuuma näin kesällä, ilmastointiin pitäisi panostaa enemmän, ei oltu varma toimiiko ollenkaan... Kylpyhuoneen lattia on vaarallinen märkänä,kun tulee saunasta, niin meinaa kaatua vaarallisesti jos ei tiedä pitää etukäteen kiinni... Kello pitäisi olla seinällä, näkisi ajan.. muuten huoneisto on varustettu todella hyvin ja aina todella siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Paikat ovat puhtaat ja siivoukseen on panostettu erityisesti, tämä on todella plussaa...

Okei, saapuminen alueelle hieman epäselvä! Mihin pitäisi mennä saadakseen avaimen majoitukseen? No, sitten kun löytyy, niin kaikki sujuu hienosti. Ruokailut alueella loppuvat aika aikaisesti klo 18. Sitten pitää keksiä jotain muuta? Ranuan keskusta n. 3 km päässä.

Alte Möbel, alles quietscht und knarrt, sehr hellhörig und schmutzig vom Vorgänger. Der Service ist unterirdisch. Kein pünktlicher checkin trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage und Zusicherung des Personals und keine Reinigung der Hundehaare trotz Beschwerde. Für uns einmal und nie wieder!

Siisti mökki - aamiaisjärjestely ei toiminut

Mökki oli siisti ja sijaitsi ihan Ranuan eläinpuiston vieressä. Hieman ihmetytti se, että hotelliesittelyn mukaan huonehintaan sisältyi aamiainen. Ensimmäisenä päivänä se tuotiin meille mökin jääkaappiin, mutta toisena päivänä emme aamiaista saaneet ollenkaan. Respa oli avoinna rajoitetusti.

Mökki oli siisti, sängyt hyvät ja yöpymisemme sujui mainiosti. Mukaan otettava aamupala oli runsas. Kultaiset passit eläinpuistoon ovat mukava lisä, kun paikalle pääsee yöpymisen jokaisena päivänä. Jos jotain olisimme lisänneet niin terassille portaat, keittiöön hieman lisää välineistöä ja käyttöohjeita/tervetuloa-kansion mökille.

Majoitus on jopa hienoa majoitusta vastaava, meidän kohdallamme oli kuitenkin siivouksessa ollut liian kiire ja pieniä siisteyspuutteita oli mökissä. Silti hyvä majoitusvaihtoehto, 2 päivän ranneke edullisesti majoittujille.

Todella hyvä ja siisti huoneisto. Eläinpuiston vieressä. Hyvä take away aamiainen - pillimehu, smoothie, kahvijauhoja/teetä, täytetty laadukas sämpylä, croissant, pikapuuroainespussi, välipalakeksi ja keitetty kananmuna/hlö/aamu. Miinukset: pieni ja ahdas sauna. Keittiössä puutteellinen varustus, olisimme kaivanneet mm. paistinlastaa, siivilää/lävikköä, mittaa sekä munanleikkuria take away-aamiaisen keitetylle kananmunalle.

Luxus-tason majoitus eläinpuiston välittömässä läheisyydessä. Majapaikan tilat fiksusti suunniteltu ja laadukkaasti toteuttu. Hyvät petit ja liinavaatteet! Meitä oli kaksi aikuista, mutta isompikin porukka olisi mahtunut mukavasti. Huoneistossa on kaksi WC:tä ja suihkutilaa!

Everything worked 100% well - convenient option

This is a great option if you are coming to visit the area and / or visit the zoo. The cabin was in an excellent condition and we were happy with kitchen and bedrooms. Service was great as well - reception was very helpful. Services of the local municipality are around 2km away - can either drive or walk.
