Check in and check out we’re seamless. The breakfast room was quaint and there was a nice selection of food to choose from. There was lots to see and everything was in walking distance. The room walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbours snore and all noises in and out of the building at night.

Lovely spotless room at a very good price in the centre of Bologna, comfortable bed and good breakfast options. I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again!

In close proximity to all attractions. The unit is decent based on the price. Super friendly staff and great breakfast included. Very small property with 9 rooms only, so I was a bit surprise when I see the setting, but the service and room size exceed its price.

We enjoyed our stay at 051. The location is great, and most of all we liked the staff. Very helpful with directions, suggestions, and getting us a taxi on the way to the train station. 051 is in the center of the city, so there will be noise at night, which is not the fault of the B&B, but it is appalling apparent. As others have mentioned, breakfast was lackluster. Bring your own shampoo! Overall, the staff and location are the best part of this place!

A stay in Bologna old town which was in a good location to explore by foot.Very busy road and very noisy at night with lots of young locals drinking especially if you have a front facing window onto the street up to about 400am then the street cleaners afterwards.Room spacious .

Perfect location

The hotel is located in the absolute best location! The room was very comfortable but there is no cleaning service (new towels) unless you ask in advance. There is also no shampoo and conditioner; just the body wash, and no body lotion. This seems to be the new normal in Italian hotels unless they are 5 star. Not really an issue though because there is a Coop store directly next door. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.
