As others have mentioned, there’s only one small elevator, so there can be a bit of a wait, but I ended up taking the stairs most of the time. The hotel is located in a great and was clean and cute, boutique feeling. Also my room was a king size room that was big considering Miami Beach standards. My two mains concerns were that the night I turned off the AC the wall paper started peeling from the wall behind the bed as the days progressed it got worse and also one of the elevators wasn’t working and at times the one that did work would take long time to be called.
