I have stayed here several times because of the Mall attached to it and the Garden Mall next door. I enjoyed the many restaurants and my favorites are here. The MidVilley KTM station next to it is unreliable and waiting times can be hours long. Use the other station two buildings away. It’s a fairly long walk. Use Grab, it’s convenient.

Nice location in the shopping center. A bit small but refurbished rooms. Very convenient with lots of shopping and link to Garden shopping mall too. Reception at the hotel were friendly and get to check in early but no late check out. The breakfast buffet have lots of varieties and overall were alright with the price paid. Hotel service in the room just ok. Every year I must book this hotel because it’s convinient and it’s in the mall with lots of different food varieties and lots of shopping outlets and pubs and restaurants to choose from. Recommended if love someone love shopping, eating, drinking and lots of people 😁

This a hotel meant for shoppers. Location is very central to almost everywhere and the service is tops. Well done Cititel! Although the breakfast can be better in terms of quality and the WiFi was terrible in my room on the 7th floor during my stay in Oct 2025.
