We travelled in a group of 11 (3 families) during march break. While the resort was full, it never felt crowded. room was great, service was great/friendly. The food was very good (better than I expected) - tons of a la carte options, the buffet, the burger place, and "ocean eats" for delivery to our room. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that since we booked through Expedia (without paying extra for the butler service), we were essentially given a butler (Jose Jiminez) who was amazing! He booked all our dinners, and invited us to an exclusive beach dinner. He also reached out and came to visit us every day (we never had to chase him) to make sure we had everything we wanted. If we needed anything extra, he was available by text and took care of everything we asked for (extra drinks, room service questions, extra towels, rides to and from the lobby (upon arrival and departure). The resort was great, but Jose truly made our experience memorable. We asked him after our first night if we could move rooms to be closer to the rest of our group and he made it happen (he even moved our luggage himself). If you are going to this resort, ask for Jose. he was amazing! I don't think we could have asked for more from him.
