I absolutely LOVED my room! It was spacious, clean, charming, and quiet. I looked forward to going back to my room after being out all day. The hotel staff is attentive, friendly and genuinely eager to assist! I lost my air pods my second night there and they were able to retrieve them for me! I visited Valencia from Canada and stayed at NH collection for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant experience, breakfast was very high quality and staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and comfortable and even on my first 2 hours of arrival to my room, they brought a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift. I will definitely go back there again!
