Convenient and well priced!

What a pretty hotel. The decor is fresh and colourful. Everything was super clean. The host who welcomed us was very helpful. Upon checking in I saw that we were on the top floor (3rd) so I asked him if there was any way he could move us to the first floor as I was not a fan of elevators. He was kind enough to rearrange a few rooms around so I could have our room on the first floor. His effort and understanding was much appreciated! We ended up in room 128. There is coffee and tea available in the main room/cafeteria all through the night which was nice. This hotel offers breakfast in the morning. They had the usual options which all looked good. The coffee was great! Our room was spacious and also very clean. This room has two queen beds. The beds were quite comfortable and each came with SIX pillows! That was awesome - you’re sure to find one that suits your mood. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. The room came with a small fridge, iron, and blow dryer. There is lots of parking surrounding the hotel. This hotel is just off the highway but is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a nice park and trail just across the street. The location was great - specially if you’re going to the Canadian Tire Centre as it’s only a few minutes away by car. The value was right on point for this hotel - we’d come back for sure.

Not impressed at all. Will not stay there again.

There was a snow fall of approx. 4” overnight. I went out to take the snow off the vehicle and could barely open the door to get out. They did not shovel the doorways or walkways ( this was at 9am in the morning) so plenty of time to shovel before checkout. I asked the front desk person (Siddarth) if someone can shovel the front entrance way so that my husband (that has a hard time walking) and just had surgery can actually get to the vehicle when I pick him up at the front door. Siddarth said that he couldn’t since he was working alone and could not leave the front desk. Everyone knew this snowfall was coming, they could have been more prepared. The breakfast was cold and did not taste very good. The room was not very clean, the bottom of the shower door was very dirty, the protective strip was dragging half off and had some mold buildup. There was hair hanging off one of the lamp shade when we entered the room to settle in. Not impressed at all.

Loved the staff from the time we checked in. We had been there for a hockey game like many others at the hotel. Unfortunately we all arrived back at the hotel around the same time. There had been lots of snow and parking spots could not be seen and there wasn't enough parking due to the snow. Otherwise a great stay. Did not do breakfast as it was just too busy with all the families. Hopefully our next stay is better for parking and grabbing breakfast.

We enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast that is included was good. Coffee in the room, great king bed and pillows..Close to the Sensplex where we had to go for hockey tournament Will stay there again for sure next visit to Ottawa
