Air con was good, but be aware you must keep the sliding door closed or it will turn off. Housekeeping do their job well, but communication between the desk and cleaning staff needs to be improved. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bed, more than adequate kitchen, washing machine and dryer. There was access to a roof terrace with barbecue on another floor, which we did not use. The reception staff were most helpful and friendly. We had booked at short notice, because our flight had been cancelled, and it was Melbourne Grand Prix weekend, so the price was higher than usual, but less than that quoted by the hotel which we had just been staying in.
