My experience at Ramada by Windham Beylikduzu hote

My stay at Romada hotel was ok. The staff at the reception, spa and restaurant was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awful, worse than in McDonald’s. The cleaning personnel didn’t add shampoo, shower gel, hand wash to the bottles. They were absolutely empty. They spoke only Turkish. I speak a little bit Turkish so asked them to bring mentioned above liquids. They brought me only shampoo. The next day I got toilet paper and afterwards hand wash and hair conditioner. Spa personnel also doesn’t speak English. May be this is not a touristic place… I don’t know…

One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mumahmet, the bartender at the hotel's bar. Not only was Mumahmet incredibly skilled, but he also had a friendly and engaging personality that made my evenings at the bar truly enjoyable. His recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. The amenities at Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu were also impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu was exceptional, thanks in large part to the attentive and friendly staff, particularly Mumahmet the bartender. Aracımla akşam gittim . 5 yıldız diye rezervasyon yaptırdım . Ancak vale yok , otoparkı bulamadım. Kapıda sokak köpeklerinden ilk başta ürktüm fakat zararsızlardı çok şükür. Otel genel anlamda temiz . Resepsiyonist valemiz yok demekle yetindi. Odalar ter temiz , çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. Tuvalet kağıdı kullanılmış , gelen kullanmaya devam etsin diye bırakmışlar .Tuvalet fırçası yok . Minibarda sadece 3-5 alkolsüz içecek vardı. TV kanalları harikaydı .Kahvaltı fena değildi . En çok tuhafıma giden kat temizlikçisi kadının bana “çıkış mı yapıyorsunuz , oda numaranız nedir “ diye sorması . Daha çok 4 yıldız tarzında bir oteldi. Tekrar gideceğimi sanmıyorum
