Good view and location. But be aware there is no on site parking as advertised. Very expensive on site parking can be available only after 3 pm it seems but that also we could not avail. No cleaning of the apartments as advertised, only once in 10 days cleaning. Not extra towels or anything else. We did not have access to wifi and in spite of reporting twice it became available only on the 3rd day of our staff. Some European female staff at the desk were quite rude and unhelpful. Black and Asian staff were relatively okay. Overall good location, but parking, cleanliness is a problem.

Really nice property with an excellent city view if you're staying in the higher floors. Clean rooms and areas and very quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful stay, wish I could have stayed longer but alas, I'm from the States and on vacation so my time there had to end. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful location and things to do and see around Canary Wharf.
