The apartment is great if you have multiple families traveling together. Two bedrooms and bathrooms and a fold-out couch made bed time and getting ready easy. We used the kitchen for breakfasts and snacks after touring all day. Was a nice way to save some money not eating out all the time.

Overall, the apartment was reasonably clean, aside from finding a hair on the bed. However, the entrance to the property was very run-down, which was disappointing considering the price and location in Canary Wharf. The main bathroom toilet was missing a toilet seat, which is completely unacceptable for a property being listed at this standard. The apartment also had a very large balcony, but with no furniture provided, it felt like wasted space since it couldn’t really be used comfortably. On a positive note, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Unfortunately, despite a few positives, I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price, there are definitely better options available in the area.

Really nice property with an excellent city view if you're staying in the higher floors. Clean rooms and areas and very quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful stay, wish I could have stayed longer but alas, I'm from the States and on vacation so my time there had to end. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful location and things to do and see around Canary Wharf.

Good view and location. But be aware there is no on site parking as advertised. Very expensive on site parking can be available only after 3 pm it seems but that also we could not avail. No cleaning of the apartments as advertised, only once in 10 days cleaning. Not extra towels or anything else. We did not have access to wifi and in spite of reporting twice it became available only on the 3rd day of our staff. Some European female staff at the desk were quite rude and unhelpful. Black and Asian staff were relatively okay. Overall good location, but parking, cleanliness is a problem.
