Disappointing! Lots to improve- including attitude
Family vacation, rooms (we had 2) weren’t ready on time of check in, we had to wait 1.5 hoirs at the top bar. We got coupon for “free drink” - I would expect much more than that. We ordered fruit shake but there was no Bananas and no mango so not really enough options. We were completely unsatisfied. When we finally got our rooms it was in the lowest floor ( we ordered”mountain view” rooms so it is quite ironic as we were literally 1 meter above the ground. Additionally, the stair railing outside the rooms were just being painted while we checked in and there was a pungent smell of fresh oil-based paint. I was also extremely mad as I specifically asked for two adjacent rooms , however each one was on a different floor level.
Overall when I complained the manager in charge just said he is very sorry and offered 20% discounts at the hotel restaurant- I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh!
Breakfast was somewhat lacking. The buffet was poor, not enough tables in the dining hall, slow service. There is definitely lots to improve!
Nice architecture- somewhat weird and clumsy though! Reminds me of the board game Snakes and Ladders. Only one elevator (4 buildings) and long climb and walk to the pool- which luckily is fantastic so it made our all stay enjoyable after all.
Missing full size mirror in the rooms.
