Worst booking ever had with hotel. Com

First, we were not given a specific unit number, the security officer help us locate the host. When we checked in, couch id ripped, airconditioning unit so noisy, try to take a shower, but no hot water. When we used the toilet sink, its cluged up. Doumesn’t drain.

I got scammed twice!

This place is a scam. When i arrived at the property, the receptionist and the guards do not have any idea of my booking even if i showed them my transaction receipt. They were saying i should know the details like unit number, this was not in the booking reference and when i called the contact number of the property owner, it doesnt even work. I even reached out to customer service via chat and what's even worse is that they can't give me any assistance either. i talked to 4 reps and the last rep said i should book another hotel through them and they will process the refund. i have no choice or else i will sleep in the streets of Davao. I booked a different hotel and guess what? up to this date, they did not process my refund. I got scammed twice!

Horrible experience. Many amenities that is listed in the advertisement were not available. Shows a picture of a pool, but you can’t use the pool because you are not the owner of the unit. That really bothered me because my spouse and I really wanted to use it and it was a huge reason we chose that property. You also cannot use the gym/fitness center, another amenity listed but not accessible. Says laundry but the dryer is broken and they don’t have a microwave. The shower is not deep enough in the floor crevice, so water leaks bad on the floor when you shower. Communication is horrible as well with the owner as well. Place was clean inside, building was clean and nice lobby, but these many issues I had made the stay there unpleasant. Also there was no satellite tv either
