In a good location. Overall the amenities were poor compared to other similar priced and classed hotels in Japan. Prices for items such as laundry were almost double the cost of other hotels. Space in room could be used more efficiently. Bed was comfortable. For a 1-2 night stay and if the price is right, as mentioned, location is convenient but I would not recommend beyond a 2 night stay.

Great location and the dinosaurs at the reseption were fun! Room was spacious enough for two and overall clean (exept for one vent above the bed was super dusty). Easy to reach from Shin-Osaka station with one subway line.

My grandson and I enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, helpful staff who spoke good English to help us and we loved the dinosaurs who checked us in and out. It was in the Dotonbori district with lots of good eating places and entertainment, all within walking. We took the trains to other tourist places like Nara Deer Park, Osaka Castle and universal studios.

Surprisingly good

Quite a busy area, and on a Friday and Saturday I thought I was going to need ear plugs, but ended up sleeping well both nights. Dinosaurs are a bit of fun, and will make you laugh at least once.

This property is in an excellent location but the hotel room was shockingly small and not sufficiently clean. The bathrooms was split into three sections: the toilet room, shower room and the sink is in the bedroom. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it unless you're okay staying in tiny quarters.
