Stayed for 2 weeks. Very good location for transport. Bus stop directly outside on Old Brompton Rd, equal distance to both South Kensington and Gloucester Rd tube stations. Cabs running past all the time. 10 minute walk to Hyde Park. 15 minutes to V & A and museums. Several supermarkets nearby including Little Waitrose and Tesco. Staff friendly and easy access to building round the clock.Elevator works! Staff let use leave our bags after checkout on last day which was appreciated. Two drawbacks were there is no laundry and more importantly, our room on 5th floor was very noisy for about half of our stay due to people upstairs. Sounded like furniture being moved and sometimes hammering.
