We had a nice studio apartment, perfect for our few days in London. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and we had everything we could possible need. My only complaint were slamming doors. Really, it was un-necessarily loud, especially if the neighbors come and go often at all times of day and night. And, this could be easily fixed with the correct door hinges!

The location is very good, very nice and helpful staff, and the condition is well maintained generally. The concern is lack of air conditioning. The room was very hot. You need to be sure they turn off under floor heating and ask for portable aircon unit. Otherwise even with a window it’s very hot.

The staff were kind, helpful, and truly fantastic throughout our stay. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us as a family. It’s also close to both bus stops and the underground, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome traveling with a baby. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
