Great location for an easy on, easy off subway station. We arrived early for check in and were able to drop off our bags. Room was small but immaculate! The kitchen area had a microwave, stove top and even a toaster. There was an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We did not take advantage of the dishes, pots & pans and cleaning products. They had free washing machines (even included the laundry soap that we did not use). I imagine there are larger rooms available for families traveling with children.

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable 6 night stsy, including VERY HELPFUL free laundry machines on the premises. Bright, quiet, beautifully lit hallways and elevator led to quiet room with excellent bed plus kitchenette. The neighborhood is great with a tube stop around the corner and a large park 1/2 block away. Pret a Manger on the corner provided an easy, inexpensive breakfast option. Will definitely stay at this property again next time.

Automated check-in and access to the apartment via key code was easy. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location. Staff were helpful and check in was seamless. Property was immaculate and comfortable. We booked for three adults and the single bed was a sofa bed. While it was comfortable enough we were trying to avoid a sofa bed option and it was not clear from the photos of the property that this was the case. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Great stay in a deluxe studio. Everything in good working order and the place was clean and tranquil. Loved having a kitchenette and a supermarket within walking distance. The communal washer and dryer (2 of each) worked perfectly!!!

I didn't realize they had very limited service in that residence. I stayed in other residences before where we had service like in a hotel. We were there 5 days and they didn't clean the room or change the bed. We had to ask for new towels. My husband was sick with fever and the bed sheets needed to be changed. They answered that they didn't change the bed but could give me access to wash the sheets myself... Finally after they saw I was not happy they gave me clean sheets and I changed the bed myself... On the positive side it is a very good location.

We stayed here one night on January 28. After a long flight, we were greeted by the kind and welcoming manager. I wish I knew her name because she was fantastic at her job! The room was just what we needed - a comfy bed, a good shower, and a mini frig. The room was super clean, too. We would definitely stay there again!
