"Staff very helpful, nice pool and sauna facility "

"The hotel is just the right size, not too big or small, yet rooms are very spacious and beds quite comfortable. Bathrooms very large, turndown service is excellent and replenishing with two bottles of waters and new towels. The staff was extremely helpful and Ozzy the concierge made us feel right at home, he got us a last minute tour guide which was magnificent, her name is nicknames Ozzy too, please request her for she is highly educated and very warm to spend time with. The rooftop restaurant is a magical experience for its incredible views. You definitely will love the area, it’s superior location across the street from the Four Seasons will make you feel like royalty without breaking the bank.. and short 5 min walk to the main attractions! I’ll certainly stay at Seven Hills again."

"Pros: Quick 12ish min drive to/from the airport. Clean Comfortable Heated floors Good value Cons: -Driver was not at the airport when I arrived, despite me confirming time with staff and texting updates. My name was not on the arrivals list, and I needed to wait approximately 25 minutes outside. I did not receive any apology for the delay. -the hotel appeared to have few guests when I was there. I was moved rooms because the lock wasn’t working on my original room. At approximately 23:00 a family was brought up to the room right beside me. They were extremely loud and the staff member and guests were shouting right outside. There is little sound insulation in the rooms, and I went out and politely asked them to keep it down. Unfortunately, the family did not and my sleep was very poor, despite using earplugs and ambient noise. "

From live chefs cooking stations to pristine rooms (sanctuary of comfort), and Iconic Landmarks Views, it’s an incredible value! Highly Recommend at The Marmara Hotel in TAKSIM District in Istanbul (5 stars hotel). The BREAKFAST - bounty array of fresh dishes, and made to order stations that cater to every craving; premium quality of food, bread, fruits and drinks, simply unbeatable price! The LOUNGE ACCESS is a magnificent view to landmarks with affordable value for all they provide- the curated drink menu and gourmet small plates not to mention the artisan pastries, made me feel like VIP! The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere! "The lobby area is nice, the Safran on highest floor is spectacular but insanely pricey. breakfast is not that good for a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. The rooms and things in it are quite dated. The sea view from 6th floor wasn't that nice and was obstructued by crumbling apartments. Overall, didnt like this hotel and wont come back."
