"The unit was a lot less clean than anticipated (e.g floor and surfaces didn't seem cleaned/wiped down). There were also lots of things that looked like they needed replacing or at least some maintenance. For example the the dish rack could use a proper clean (it was showing signs of mould) or all together replaced. There was an old sponge and washcloth in the kitchen that could have been replaced.
