"Super quiet Literally right outside of Gifu station. Friendly staff that was helpful with a total language barrier. Plenty to do and see right in the neighborhoods around the hotel. The baths on the second floor were great - with alkaline spring water, sauna and a cold bath. Like all dormy inns, there is free coffee and soft drinks, ice cream at night and probiotic drinks in the morning. Also, free soba 9.30-11. Close to fushimi stop, the hotel is near Sakae with its shopping and restaurants, so very well -located. "
