"Our room was okay, but the ac/fan was not working (I’ll hand it to the staff they did get it fixed quite quickly). The hotel is under renovations but our ceiling was half painted, there was part of the ceiling in the bathroom that was cracked and slightly open (hole). The front desk staff were kind enough but could be short with us (we had issues with our flights/delays/check in and delayed baggage) so trying to speak to someone and checking with them regarding the arrival of luggage was tangly at times. There were many renovations happening outside our room throughout our stay that we were not made aware of until we awoke to loud banging and the smell of paint in our room/hallway."

"It was ok and I took it because I needed something cheap and same day. The room was like a sauna and no way to switch on AC in winter. Made do. "

"Hotel was located close to the Bell Centre, which was very beneficial. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, however some things do require attention. 1. lamp shades in the room definitely require replacing 2. the faucet handle requires attention "
