"We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Added bonus was the do-it-yourself laundry service. Room a wee bit small, but nice balcony and view onto plaza. Great location for St Charles train station. Good too for walking to and from the old port area, though one nearby street a bit sketchy at night. But great stay."

"Great rooms, easy check in, well located for the central station in Marseille. Codes provided prior to arrival and easy enough to enter. Room clean and tidy, bed very good. Some wear and tear on the rooms but nothing major. Would recommend better signage on street to locate the property, would also say that a 4pm check in is steep, but not the end of the world. Would recommend. "

"The hotel was in a great location close to the station and the metro. The room was comfortable. There was a safe and also tea and coffee service. The breakfast was good. There was a good variety of choices. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful."

"This place cannot be called a hotel at all. The room was filthy with no air conditioning; windows were opened and flies and mosquitoes were buzzing in the room. The beds were dirty. The mattresses were very thin and smelly. The room was very hot and moldy. The bathroom was stinky and dirty. We paid 350 euros for two nights but stayed only one minute. The picture on Hotels.com was deceiving! DO NOT LIST THIS HOTEL ON YOUR LIST!"
